Pittsburgh, PA, September 1, 2021 – IAM Robotics is pleased to welcome Joni Hildebrand as the company’s new vice president and controller. Hildebrand joins the team with over 25 years of global finance and accounting experience and 20 years in manufacturing, where her contributions resulted in process efficiency and effectiveness for several organizations.

In her role at IAM Robotics, she will be the company’s chief accountant, managing all finance and accounting aspects including budgeting, strategic planning, risk management, tax functions, and more. Hildebrand builds on a foundation of success, leading changes that improve on an organization’s key business objectives.

“I’m energized by the opportunity to help make IAM Robotics a financial and commercial success,” said Hildebrand of joining the team. “As we grow and scale our business model, financial aspects become all the more important, and I enjoy working through these areas to help all team members understand them and plan for the twists and turns that come with them.”

Hildebrand will be the primary resource for department heads seeking guidance on financial stewardship best practices.

“We are undergoing a period of tremendous growth. Adding Joni to the team will be invaluable in helping us to manage, scale, and evolve our business,” said Lance VandenBrook, CEO of IAM Robotics.

Prior to joining IAM Robotics, Hildebrand held key financial positions with Graham Healthcare Group, Polyconcept North America, and Siemens Energy & Automation. She believes that through collaboration, team members develop better solutions.
