When IAM Robotics set out to build our autonomous mobile manipulation robot (AMMR), our singular goal was to optimize the most useful part of fulfillment: the picking process. It’s the most time-consuming component that directly affects customer happiness—quickly getting what they ordered. Today, we’re the only ones doing that, thanks to Swift.

With integrated obstacle detection technology, Swift navigates multiple aisles to move safely and accurately. It picks and transports products downstream at up to human-level speeds, enabling you to scale operations more cost effectively. Build your robot fleet using Swift as a standalone robot, in combination with our Bolt™ autonomous mobile robot (AMR), or integrate Swift with other automation systems.

PICK PRODUCTS WITH PRECISION

Equipped with a six-axis arm, Swift picks products quickly and accurately from both sides of the aisle, from floor-level shelves up to seven feet high.

Swift’s arm can also locate objects in 3D and in real time, thanks to advanced 3D camera technology. Onboard sensors enable the robot to recognize objects to pick based on intel from our Flash™ product dimensioner and photo booth.

END EFFECTORS FOR VARIOUS
PICKING APPLICATIONS

Swift is compatible with multiple end effectors. Out of the box, Swift’s end effector can lift up to two pounds, with upgrades available to lift up to 15 pounds. The vacuum gripper—our most common end effector—picks wide-ranging products and SKUs. Our end effectors have a magnetic breakaway feature for emergencies and are easy to change.

DIRECT-DRIVE BASE AND
HOT-SWAPPABLE BATTERY

Easily maneuver Swift or move it by hand, thanks to its free-wheeling mobile base. Our AMMR runs for 10+ hours continuously on a hot-swappable battery, which only takes 30 seconds to swap. With no downtime, think of it as a 30-second shift change.

ON SAFETY

Swift not only complies with the ANSI B56.5 safety standards, its obstacle detection capabilities exceed required criteria. Swift detects nearly any obstacle within a 60-degree vertical and horizontal field of view, so the AMMR safely detects situations other robots can’t—like overhung loads and boxes sticking out from an upper shelf.
